Job Overview
The main priority of Deli / Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers. Associates engage with customers at the service counter, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and maintain food safety standards to support team success.
Compensation- Hourly Wage
: $17.5 - $30.5 per hour. The hourly rate equals or exceeds the applicable minimum wage for the job location. - Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
