Schedule:

At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What you will be doing:

The tactical expert of key customers and their processes, timelines, and portals including Amazon. Assists in the execution of Sales Strategy and supports both the sales team and customer needs. Proactively solves and identifies opportunities for growth.

Coordinate the execution of online sales, merchandising and promotional strategies and provides analysis of results.

Building Amazon ASINS to align with Osprey Item numbers and maintain the list.

Launching product seasonally on the Amazon platform.

Working on site issues such as suppressed items, missing images, descriptions, etc.

Support joint business planning and proactively review account performance and discuss with managers on a regular basis; identify opportunities for increased sales or improved profitability.

Maintain high levels of service and positive relationships with assigned key eCommerce accounts.

Responsible for ensuring a best-in-class presentation of Helen of Troy brands’ product detail pages with key eCommerce customers.

Conduct regular audits of retail partner sites for product information accuracy, content placement and opportunity.

Support Amazon Advertising efforts. Partner with Sales Leads, COE, Brand Marketing and external agency partners to increase sales, build brand awareness, and acquire new customers  the Eyes, Ears and Voice of the customer () internally at Helen of troy to help cross-functional teams understand needs, opportunities and challenges while focusing on making the best choices overall for the brand.

Work with Sales Leads, RMO, and cross-functional teams to solve tactical problems.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency testing may be administered during the selection process.

Strong communication skills in both verbal and written; listening skills.

Demonstrated high level of sales support.

Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of sales strategy and support.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.
2 + years in related experience.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with  Colorado, the standard base pay range for this role is $ 60,259.97 - $75,324.97 annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
