Full time
$17.55-$20.97/hour
- Placement in the range will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
General Summary
Provides seasonal administrative and clerical support to the Services Departments during the summer months. Assists with daily office operations, data entry, filing, document preparation, and other projects to ensure the efficient operation of services. Works collaboratively with the Services team while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Functions
- Maintains regular attendance and punctuality in order to accomplish assigned job tasks. This position performs all hours onsite and at all assigned physical locations.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations; wears and/or uses required protective equipment while working; immediately reports any safety concerns or unsafe working conditions to the Executive Services Director.
- Maintains confidentiality of all client, employee, and agency information.
- Represents JM Murray professionally and courteously when interacting with employees, individuals receiving services, families, and community members.
- Assists with data entry, filing, scanning, and organization of electronic and paper records.
- Ensures all functions and tasks are completed in compliance with the JM Murray mission statement, policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable regulations
- Assists with records management as assigned.
- Conducts self in a manner and in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Company policy and procedures. Represents JM Murray and the JM Murray mission in a positive manner, treating people with respect and dignity.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous office or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, including responsiveness to requests and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and independently
Must have flexibility to adjust to changes in priorities and assignments
Experienced utilizing the Microsoft Office including Outlook calendar and email and Excel
Other Requirements
Position is temporary and seasonal
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with hours determined by departmental needs
Working Conditions
Job assignments primarily take place indoors and, on occasion, outdoors with various environmental conditions including rain, snow and cold weather.
