Position Description
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules using tools such as project scheduling software.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with project teams to prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and contracts.
- Utilize Pro Core and Bluebeam for document management, communication, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Foster effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination is essential.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as Heavy Bid is a plus.
- Proficiency in construction management software including Pro Core, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site experience, and blueprint reading skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Effective time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
