What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure accurate and timely concrete production
• Maintain plant systems, perform routine inspections, and address basic mechanical or operational issues
• Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and team members to meet customer delivery schedules
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Record production data and support quality control processes

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot batching equipment and related systems
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and process consistency
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working around industrial equipment
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Dependable, organized, and adaptable in a fast‑paced operational environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $22.50 to $25.00 per hour
