What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Coordinate material flow, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance on plant systems.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safe work practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors to support efficient operations.
- Ability to learn and operate complex equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and consistency.
- Capability to work independently and make sound, timely decisions.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and working in dynamic conditions.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $ per hour
