Byrne is seeking a Processing Operator to join our Cortland, NY facility. The role involves setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting processing systems for ESL and UHT dairy products, with an on-site schedule (N2 shift, 6pm–6:30am).
You will monitor pasteurization equipment and other dairy processing machinery, conduct routine QC tests, and ensure compliance with FDA/state dairy regulations. Prior dairy experience is preferred.
