Byrne, a long-standing dairy company in Central New York, seeks a Processing Mechanic for the night shift in Cortland to maintain, repair, and optimize processing equipment such as valves, UHT systems, tanks, and pumps.
The role requires a GED or high school diploma, technical training or a technician degree, and 2–3 years in the mechanical field with experience in valve/pump repairs and PLCs; food manufacturing background is a plus.
