As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Our LPN team members are leaders on the floor — coordinating care, supporting CNAs, partnering with RNs and physicians, and building meaningful relationships with residents and families. We don’t just hire any LPN — we hire caring professionals who want to grow, thrive, and feel proud of where they work.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team

• Supervise and support nursing assistants

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift

• Active LPN license in good standing

• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred (but not required!)

• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
