Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order-fillers shop for our customers and choose the right products, ensuring accuracy and quality of each order.

The role is fast paced, often involving multiple departments and balancing in‑store assistance with online fulfillment.

You will dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process.

Shift hours may vary and may require weekday, evening, weekend, or holiday coverage.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
