Salary: $90,000 - $180,000 per year

We are seeking a licensed master electrician to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area. This role leads a team of technicians to ensure buildings operate efficiently, sustainably and safely.

• Lead a team of dedicated technicians across the region.
• Collaborate with store managers and facility services leadership to meet facility service needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and third‑party suppliers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
• Participate in training programs and site inspections to uphold regulatory requirements.
• Obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections per mechanical or building codes.
• Report and analyze maintenance data, driving continuous improvement.
• Travel approximately 50% or more within the region.

• 3–5 years of overall building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – ability to motivate and develop others.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving skills – root cause analysis experience.
• Customer service focus.

• EPA universal certification.
• PMP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.
• Current NY Master Electrician license in good standing.
• Maintain mechanical contractor licenses in state of employment.

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years of experience in facilities, construction, electrical maintenance, engineering or related fields.
• Alternatively, 3 years of experience plus a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• EPA 608 certification within 90 days of hire.
• State Master Electrician license or equivalent.

• Experience with building controls or related area.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• External work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an optical, pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory experience.
• Type I and Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
