Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot facility mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, BAS, and associated controls.;
Perform diagnostics, calibrations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency/on-call response while ensuring safety standards and codes.;
Monitor, document, and optimize building operations by managing CMMS work orders and records, responding to maintenance requests and alarms.;
Inspect mechanical and control systems, recommend capital or major repairs, and identify opportunities for efficiency, reliability, and energy conservation.;
Coordinate maintenance projects, maintain tools/inventory/logs, assist with training apprentices and staff, and provide customer service support.
