Job Summary
The position will serve as Executive Support staff to the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Director of Financial Services, helping to support the implementation of department goals and efficient business operations of the Financial Services Department.
- Provide direct administrative support to the CFO, including scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence.
- Assist the Deputy Director of Financial Services with oversight and compliance of business operations.
- Develop and implement streamlined process improvements for the procurement of county goods and services.
- Provide administrative and support services to other FSD teams to enhance service delivery.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college.
- Five (5) years of responsible administrative or related support experience.
- Strong executive-level administrative support experience, with ability to manage complex scheduling and coordinate meetings.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities accurately and professionally.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with website management, record organization, onboarding, recruitment coordination, committee administration, and business writing.
- Demonstrated initiative in researching and improving administrative processes, supporting organizational change and efficiency.
- High attention to detail.
- 11 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and 8 hours of vacation accrual each month (increases with service).

- Dependents up to age 26 covered.
- Retirement: after 6 months, County contributes 6% of salary to Oregon PERS; also 3% contribution to deferred compensation 457b plan (additional contributions possible).

- Annual salary range $58,723.93–$77,943.33, with potential for up to two salary raises within the first year, plus performance‑based increases until reaching the maximum salary.
