JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Oversees/facilitates project coordination and performs various clerical/administrative related duties for assigned Executive(s) and department(s). Coordinates the goals process for assigned department(s). Organizes and prioritizes multiple requests efficiently. Works independently with limited supervision and makes decisions within designated authority. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION General Administration employees support the smooth operation of system-wide programs within Samaritan Health Services. We regularly interact with senior leaders, physicians and community members.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate#s degree in a related field preferred. Four (4) years experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity required. Experience and/or training with computer applications required. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Communication:
Skilled at sharing information in an appropriate and timely manner showing mutual respect and genuinely soliciting the feedback of others. Ability to effectively tailor communications to various audiences including peers, customers and leadership. Business Writing - Strong business writing skills, including the ability to professionally communicate clinical content in written documentation that is easily understood by the end user. Time Management - Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues.

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure. Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Computer Literacy:
