Job Description:

This recruitment will be used to fill one part‑time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Ecampus Student Project Assistant for the Division of Ecampus, Corporate & Workforce Education at Oregon State University (OSU).

Reporting to the Associate Director of Corporate and Workforce Education, this position supports the optimal operation of all corporate and workforce education collaborations, which increases access and affordability for working adult learners to online education at Oregon State.

In this role, you’ll use artificial intelligence (AI), Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools to organize, interpret, and summarize data that informs process improvement. You’ll complete a range of defined, task‑based assignments—such as data preparation and analysis, information gathering, documentation, and summary reporting that contribute to our decision‑making processes.

Position Duties:
  • Communication:
    Help with routine internal communications with division teams and campus partners

  • Meeting Support:
    Assist with meeting prep and revision of meeting notes and storage. Assist with follow‑up tasks as needed

  • Collaboration Verifications:
    Assist with verification requests, associated tracking of verifications, and follow‑up with students

  • Data Analysis and Quality Assurance:
    Perform regular detailed review and analysis of student and corporate collaborator data

  • aimed at proactive identification of issues that impact the student experience

  • Event Coordination Assistance:
    Support the organization of recruitment fairs and events, both in‑person and virtually. Monitor and report on marketing collateral inventory

  • Documentation:
    Document and map out processes for managing corporate and workforce agreements, and keep the documents and processes updated

  • Research:
    Support research efforts that contribute to executive briefs and regular collaborator summaries/updates
