Overview
As Worldwide Future Product Marketing Manager, you will define next‑generation HP Page Wide Industrial printing platforms, accelerate the digital transformation of high‑volume print, and deliver measurable customer and business value. You will develop product strategy, strengthen value propositions, plan beta engagements, and lead the creation of global go‑to‑market and launch materials.
Responsibilities- Analyze market size, trends, and customer needs to shape platform strategy.
- Provide strategic insights for whole‑product solutions that address end‑to‑end workflows.
- Own marketing deliverables across the product lifecycle, ensuring readiness from concept to release.
- Secure and support beta customers, coordinating global beta engagements through sales regions and partners.
- Align early‑funnel qualification and solution fit with customer opportunities and product roadmap.
- Lead global rollout of new‑product introduction and go‑to‑market materials.
- Evolve the product roadmap, sequencing options and services.
- Build forecasts for placements, usage, and revenue; shape pricing strategy and profitability targets.
- Develop competitive positioning and leverage win/loss insights.
- Represent the business at trade shows, open houses, and demos with executive‑ready narratives.
- Execute a customer insight plan (VOC), prioritizing requirements.
- Drive market, technology, and product research to validate strategy and reduce risk.
- Enable HP regions and channel partners with launch readiness for adoption and growth.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in product marketing or management, with 3‑5+ years in future product planning or platform strategy; global experience desired.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strategic thinker with execution bias and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proven product positioning and messaging skills.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and executive presentation ability.
- Analytical skills for market sizing, pricing, business case development, and ROI analysis.
- In‑depth knowledge of industrial printing technologies, markets, and competitors.
- Experience collaborating with partners and senior customer executives.
Pay range: $125,050 to $170,000 USD annually, with bonus or equity options (U.S. only).
