we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to oversee a 9-week-long unit renovation project in corvallis, or. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• coordinate and manage all aspects of the renovation project, including scheduling and vendor management.
• oversee the installation and updating of unit kitchens and bathrooms.
• communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, taking proactive steps to resolve them.
• maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.

• proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role
• strong organizational and time management skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• familiarity with construction and renovation processes
• strong attention to detail

• $100 bonus per week completed upon successful completion of the project
