As a Roofing Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our maintenance division, helping to complete residential roofing projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Work alongside a dedicated team to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining safety and organization on the job site.

What You'll Do:
As a Roofing Crew Member, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with residential roof cleaning, tear-offs, repairs, and full roof installations.
• Carrying, loading, and staging roofing materials and tools to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site during each project to promote safety and efficiency.
• Supporting team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 6 months of experience in construction, roofing preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license; experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus and could lead to wage increases.
• A strong commitment to safety procedures and punctuality.

Location & Schedule:
This is a temp-to-hire, on-site position in Corvallis, OR, working Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Shifts may vary based on weather and project requirements.

Required Skills:

• Construction - Roofing experience (preferred)
• Roofing-specific skills and general construction knowledge
