We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join a well‑established company that has been building throughout the Willamette Valley for over 50 years. This is a full‑time, in‑house position supporting a variety of commercial and residential construction projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, remodeling, and renovation work. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Commercial new construction projects
- Tenant improvements (T.I.)
- Residential new construction
- Remodeling and renovation projects
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specification books
- Analyze project requirements and determine key cost variables
- Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and vendor bids
- Conduct site walks and gather field information as needed
- Research labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
- Prepare and submit estimate reports and bid packages for management review
- Maintain quick and efficient turnaround times on estimates
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the estimating process
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal staff
- Support project planning and budgeting efforts
- Ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and organization in all estimating documentation
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel‑based spreadsheets
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Experience obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and vendor quotes
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project costs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
- Dependable, reliable, and self‑motivated
- Residential custom home or remodeling estimating
- Project coordination or construction management support
- Experience working with subcontractor bidding and vendor procurement
- Full‑time, on‑site office position in Corvallis, OR
