Responsibilities
- Professionally administer incoming calls from multi-line phone to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the farm location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Greet guests and employees in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle multiple employee or customer situations simultaneously.
- Handling calls—patience and tact is required.
- Assist departments with office tasks, including laminating, copying, faxing, emails, etc.
- Processing ingoing/outgoing USPS mail daily.
- Processing UPS & Fed Ex shipments.
- Provide routine information to and solicit situation‑specific information from employees, managers, external relationships and general inquiries.
- Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality.
- Conduct physical inventory count for office supplies.
- Administer random drug screenings to employees in accordance with company policy.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and feel comfortable communicating with all levels of personnel including senior management.
- HR duties as assigned such as completion of I9’s, conducting orientations, managing lockers, translations, entering call‑offs, and basic Paycom assistance for employees.
- Assist with Safety committee and other administrative duties for Safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum H.S. diploma or GED.
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required.
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1‑2 years of experience working in a customer service.
- Computer skills include working knowledge with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
