AMI Primary Guide

Corvallis Montessori School is seeking a qualified AMI trained primary guide for a well established primary classroom with an experienced classroom assistant. Next year, Corvallis Montessori will be celebrating 60 years of providing high fidelity Montessori education to children in our community. We have three toddler and three primary classes, with a strong team of support staff members to support children and teachers throughout the day.

The CMS administrative team works very collaboratively with all employees and families to offer a bridge of support.

Our school culture is focused on the holistic development of adults as well as children and believes in a healthy work life balance. We offer competitive pay, graduated PTO depending on years of employment at CMS, pay 85% of dental/medical insurance premiums, matching retirement contributions (3%), employer-paid health savings account ($500 annually), bonuses for guide completing 3 year cycles, and more.

Open to covering some relocation costs for the right candidate.

Corvallis Montessori School is located in the heart of the Willamette Valley, which allows access to day trips to Oregon beaches, mountains, and rivers. Corvallis is a quaint college town near both Salem and Eugene. CMS is nestled in a lovely neighborhood near a park, coffee shops, and natural food cooperative.
