Qualifications &

Preferred Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for Oregon licensure
• Previous experience in educational or school-based psychology preferred
• Solid understanding of assessment tools and psycho educational evaluations
• Strong communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies for a range of developmental stages (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to support individualized education planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective interventions
• Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services to students as needed
• Partner with families and staff to develop positive behavioral supports and foster safe, inclusive learning environments
• Provide consultation on academic and social/emotional development
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in meetings as required
