On weeks where the camp is being hosted relatively close to OSU, Mentors will be provided a van to commute to and from camp daily.
During weeks where the camp is held further away, Mentors will be provided a van, lodging, and meal stipends. When overnight travel is required, Mentors are expected to leave the Sunday before camps start, stay overnight in shared accommodations, and return to OSU Friday after camp.
As a Mentor, you will take part in a comprehensive training beginning in the spring term (part-time and online) leading up to the camps that kick off in early summer (full-time). One full week of in-person training is required during the first week of summer (June 15-18, 2026).
