BA 347 Teaching Assistant - International Business
Position Summary:
This part‑time position (up to 24 hours per week) supports BA 347 International Business in the School of Entrepreneurship, Management, and Logistics at Oregon State University. Responsibilities include grading discussion and in‑class assignments, tracking student attendance, and, on occasion, attending the class.

Required Qualifications
- English fluency – both written and verbal
- Academically enrolled in high school, community college, or university; pursuing a program of study
- Meet academic standing requirements (no academic suspension)
- Minimum enrollment per level:
- High School: regularly enrolled or in a home‑schooling program
- Undergraduate/post‑baccalaureate: 6 credit hours per term
- Undergraduate international: 12 credit hours per term*
- Graduate student: 5 credit hours per term
- Graduate international: 9 credit hours per term*
- Secure a Criminal History Check and be position qualified per OSU Standard 576‑055‑0000; self‑report any convictions;
Youth Programs may need additional checks every 2 years. - OSU will review the National Sex Offender Public website before hire
