Position Summary
This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Teaching Assistant for the School of Entrepreneurship, Management, and Logistics at Oregon State University (OSU). The teaching assistant will review and grade student assignments. Assignments are given to students on a weekly basis, and the TA will need to stay current on grading these assignments.
Pay rate for this position is $16.05 per hour.
- Grade student assignments
- Correspond regularly with instructor on status of grading
- Raise issues with student assignments with instructor
- Be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university and pursuing a program or course of study
- Meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment
- Meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard:
- High School student:
Regularly enrolled in a high school or participating in a home‑schooling program - Undergraduate and post‑baccalaureate student: 6 credit hours per term
- Undergraduate international student: 12 credit hours per term*
- Graduate student officially admitted to Graduate School: 5 credit hours per term
- Graduate international student officially admitted to Graduate School: 9 credit hours per term*

- Prior completion of BA 252 with B or better grade

Working Conditions / Work ScheduleFlexible. Must be willing to work a minimum of 3 hours per work during the term.
