The Office of the Registrar is seeking an Articulation Compliance Coordinator. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
Academic Operations (Office of the Registrar, Curriculum Management & University Accreditation) is a mission-critical Oregon State University unit that supports student success from admission through graduation and beyond. The Articulation Compliance Coordinator in the Office of the Registrar reports to the Sr. Assistant Registrar for Course Articulation and supports compliance processes related to the university’s transfer course articulation activities. Working closely with faculty, colleges, and departments, this position helps ensure academic and institutional integrity in transfer articulation. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as the role partners with stakeholders across OSU and with external institutions supporting and maintaining the university’s transfer course articulation program.
Key Responsibilities- Research, analyze and articulate transfer and education abroad coursework
- Monitor, maintain and report curriculum changes, articulation data and articulation agreements
- Apply and enforce transfer credit policy and compliance requirements
- Provide articulation expertise, communicate policy and coordinate articulation decisions with faculty
- Maintain data integrity and conduct auditing and reporting
- Develop and improve articulation processes, systems and procedures
- Support Academic Operations and university programs and activities; support Office of the Registrar annual commencement activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Professional work experience with curriculum development/ assessment, academic advising, and/or course articulation.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and situations through many lenses, including an equity lens; identify alternative solutions; forecast consequences and disparate impacts across student populations; and recommend effective courses of action.
- Administrative experience with a student information system (e.g., Banner, Colleague, Jenzebar).
- Experience providing exceptional internal customer service, with the demonstrated ability to take appropriate actions when critical situations arise.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to produce work both accurately and efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with administrative management and academic constituencies.
This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with course articulation.
- Experience with degree audits (Degree Works or similar).
- Ability to work within an environment where ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly are commonplace.
- Experience with Ellucian Banner and College Source TES.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office software.
- Experience learning new software or processes.
- Ability to self-assess performance and to improve both personal and team efficiency.

Salary Range$56,180 - $61,700
