OVERVIEW Oregon State University is hiring a Study Abroad Manager within the OSU Office of Global Opportunities (OSU GO). This is a full-time, 12-month professional faculty position based in Corvallis, OR. The role supports the development and execution of more than 30 faculty-led study abroad programs across the university and oversees OSU GO/IE3 global exchange and abroad programs in Spain and Latin America.
The manager works closely with faculty, academic colleges, administrative units, external university partners, logistical partners, and students to support education abroad opportunities. The position focuses on program development, implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of global programs.
- Lead the development and execution of 30+ OSU faculty-led programs across the university
- Oversee OSU GO/IE3 global exchange and study abroad programs in Spain and Latin America
- Collaborate with OSU faculty on education abroad initiatives
- Partner with academic colleges and administrative units to support programs
- Work with external university and logistical partners
- Support students participating in abroad opportunities
- Develop, implement, assess, and continuously improve education abroad opportunities
- Full-time availability for a 1.00 FTE position
- Ability to work within a professional faculty role
- Experience collaborating with faculty, university partners, and students
