from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations. We'll rely on you to support our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. You'll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant CAD/BIM software, data collection and more. As part of our Intern Program, you'll also engage with interdisciplinary counterparts and senior leadership - giving you a

Here's what you'll need

* Currently enrolled in a CAD, Drafting, or Design Technology program

(Computer-Aided Drafting, Drafting & Design, or similar)

* Interest in pursuing a career as a Structural CAD Technician or Design Technician

* Familiarity with CAD or drafting software

* Ability to work 16-20 hours per week during the school year. More hours are available during the summer.

* Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

* Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ideally, you'll also have:

* Exposure to Bentley, Revit, or AutoCAD

* Experience working with 2D technical drawings

* Interest in learning 3D BIM tools over time

* Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

The base salary range for this position is $47,300.00 to $58,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
