The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates for 2027 intern conversions/graduate hires. Qualified applicants will be contacted in concert with the approval and publication of identical, approved positions within HP, Inc.

HP occasionally offers work authorization sponsorship for critical need roles. Skill Areas:

• Electrical Engineering:
  Python, C, EE Design, FPGA, Basic 2D/3D Design - CAD, ASICS (both analog and digital), data conversions- ADC and DAC, DVM, oscilloscope, Logic analyzer
• Engineering Services Designer:
  Repair and maintenance of complex IC manufacturing equipment (pneumatics, robotics, electronics, software, vacuum theory, etc)
• Mechanical Engineering:
  Mechanical Design, CAD, coding Python, C
• Material Analyst/Engineer:
  Thermal Analysis, DSC TSC, thermodynamics, fluids, mechanics of materials Reliability testing knowledge, CAD, data center knowledge, electrical components
• Chemical Engineer:
  Statistics, and data analysis. Autocad, Ability to understand roll to roll manufacturing processes (eg paper making and coating operations) willingness to learn ultrapure water systems, industrial wastewater systems, acid abatement scrubbers, pumped chemical systems, gas delivery systems.
• MEMS Fabrication Developer: CAD, Mechanical systems design, Statistics, cleanroom experience, process development,
• Construction Engineering Project Manager:
  Construction Engineering Project Management. Focus on Fab, Lab, Manufacturing space and infrastructure Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP)).
• Systems Engineer:
  Python, C++, Familiarity with scripting, algorithm development, and system engineering.

Education and Experience

Required:

• Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to, (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience).
• Will have completed at least your bachelor's degree prior to your anticipated start date with HP.
• Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.
