Oceanographic Equipment Technician. This part-time (.60 FTE), 12-month position assists in preparing moorings and gliders for deployment in the ocean, working with the NSF Ocean Observatories Initiative Endurance Array.
Responsibilities include disassembly, assembly, mobilization of equipment, and following procedures. Travel to sea 1-3 days/month may be required. Start date around ; end date .
