As the FP&A Manager
, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s financial direction by delivering forward‑looking insights, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing data‑driven analysis to support strategic decision‑making. You’ll partner cross‑functionally with business leaders, enhance financial planning tools and processes, and help ensure the long‑term financial health of the credit union.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Financial Leadership & Expertise: Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting. Knowledge of Asset/Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet analytics

Analytical & Problem‑Solving

Skills:

Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Communication &

Collaboration:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels

Experience &

Education:

Five+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or related fields. Experience in a financial institution preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with FP&A or ALM systems preferred.

Work type: Full-time, hybrid and exempt
Compensation: $114k/year DOE + bonus
