No prior Optometry or Medical Experience? No problem! We’ll provide you with thorough training to excel in this role.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Starting wage based upon experience level:
  • $18.00 per hour for non-experienced with room for advancement for those eager to grow and learn.
  • $20.00+ per hour for experienced technicians.
• Outstandingbenefits package, including:
  • Company paid medical, vision, and dental insurance.
  • Employer 401(k) with a 4% match.
  • Generous PTO package:
    • First year – 40 hours of PTO
    • Years 2-4 – 96 hours of PTO
    • Years 5-10 – 144 hours of PTO
    • 10+ years – 192 hours of PTO

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Schedule appointments with a smile.
• Be the friendly voice answering phone calls.
• Prepare charts with precision and care.
• Check insurance coverage for patients.
• Sell and order contact lenses for patients.
• Conduct patient pre-testing.
