Job SummaryThe School of Psychological Science
is seeking a Clinic Director. This is a full‑time (1.00 FTE), 12‑month, professional faculty position. This position provides leadership, clinical supervision, and day‑to‑day management of multiple programs (e.g., summer therapy group program, 1:1 therapy program; assessment clinic); it associates with the Psychology Training Clinic, a unit within the School of Psychological Science. The position develops, implements, and evaluates a program of clinical training for students enrolled in the Psychology Ph.D. Clinical Option.
The position ensures students receive training necessary for program accreditation and for successful match with required, highly competitive clinical internships at the end of students’ academic programs. Serves as part of the Core Clinical Faculty and Clinical Psychology leadership team, which determines strategic plans for clinical psychology training. Participates in developing School strategic plans and budgets. This position determines resource needs and priorities and makes recommendations to School Director.
They are responsible for managing staff, equipment, and facilities in Psychology Training Clinic. Provides direct clinical supervision to student therapists. Provides clinical supervision of clinicians providing direct clinical supervision to student therapists. May provide direct clinical psychological services.
