Position info:
The Regional Support Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of individuals with SPMI who reside in residential programs. This includes direct care of individuals at multiple different programs and implementation of individual support plans and behavior support plans. Regional Support Specialist required to perform all duties in accordance with State of Oregon Administrative Rules, related to the specific program they are working with.
Regional Support Specialist will be expected to interface professionally with a variety of teams and people within the agency.

Shift: Day, Swing, and Nights (This is a regular full-time position that will cover up to 3 homes and will know the schedule at least one week in advance.)
Starting wage: $24.96 an hour
Reports to:
Residential Treatment Home Manager
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Current Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background check screening
