Benton County Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Health Business Analyst to support a wide range of clinical, operational, and financial programs across the organization. This role plays a key part in the building, optimization, and maintenance of reporting tools and clinical information systems. The analyst will serve as a trusted resource to staff in their use of the OCHIN Electronic medical record, and will partner closely with clinical teams, leadership, IT, and external partners to ensure all systems and reporting processes effectively support the delivery of high-quality health services.

Job Summary

Support all Benton County Health Services staff in their use of practice management, clinical information systems, and other technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND 2 years of professional experience in the area of assignment.
Special Requirements
  • Experience in database management and report writing, preferably using SQL and/or Crystal Reports in a healthcare setting.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Hiring is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license; use of a personal vehicle may be required.

  • Experience with Epic Care Ambulatory or similar EMR systems, including end-user training or at-the-elbow clinical support.

  • Quality improvement methods and process documentation.
  • Cross-system data validation and clinical/financial report reconciliation.
