Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

• Companionship, meals, light housekeeping, errands
• Personal care and mobility assistance
• Support for clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia
• Nurse‑delegated tasks as needed

• 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple clients as needed
• Experience in caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work some or all of the following:
  Day shifts, Evening, NOC or overnight shifts, Weekend shifts

Caregivers are based out of Salem, Keizer, McMinnville, Woodburn, Newberg, Dallas, Canby, Aurora, Brownsville, Sweet Home, Independence, Monmouth, Wilsonville, Dundee, Lafayette, Albany, Corvallis, and Rickreal.

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour.
