Overview

Our Corvallis location is growing and Connect the Dots is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team. We serve children from birth to 18 years of age with a wide variety of needs. Our therapists thrive in helping children and their families at challenging times in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing safe and effective play-based Occupational Therapy through appropriate evaluation, treatment and education to meet the goals of the child and family.
  • Works with the family to plan and implement one-to-one treatment according to the Plan of Care.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
  • Accurately document evaluations, daily notes and progress reports.
  • Adhere to established rules, regulations and laws.
  • Work cooperatively with families and fellow staff members with the goal of improving the lives of clients and their families.
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Ability to gather information from a variety of sources.
  • Able to be prepared to start and end sessions on time and with a plan of treatment.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Communicate clearly with various parties.
  • Ability to complete session documentation within required time frames.
  • Experience working with children with Autism, Sensory Integration and Feeding deficiencies a plus.
  • Bilingual Skills a plus.

Job Details
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Pay: $37.00 - $47.50 per hour
  • Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
