Direct Support Worker for Children and/or Adults with Developmental Disabilities

Client 1 (Corvallis):

• Female | 19 yrs | 97330
• Schedule:
  
  Looking for a DSP who can be more on-call or fill in when for days school is out or her typical DSP is out. This client will not have a set, regular schedule to offer. Will need consistent support on Tuesdays afternoons and after school in September
• Likes:
  Enjoys singing, piano lessons, basketball and special Olympics.
• Needs:
  Increase independence at home and in the community, support anxiety. Wants to learn travel safety and gain life skills.

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)

• $24.00/hour
