Adventist Health in Beaverton, OR seeks an in-home care assistant to administer personal care and assist with daily living activities under RN supervision. You will observe patients and report changes to the care team, while helping with household tasks and transport as needed.
Qualifications include HS diploma or GED (preferred) and state licenses where required; BLS certification is expected, and a valid driver’s license is required. Experience in home health is preferred.
