Northwest x Southern Hospitality is currently hiring a Area Sales Account Executive to Join our Oregon Team. This position will be based out of Corvallis , Oregon. SummaryThis position is responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities for the hotel while maintaining strong client relationships and maximizing revenue through proactive sales strategies. The Area Sales Account Executive promotes hotel services, manages assigned accounts, conducts sales activities, coordinates with internal departments, and works to achieve revenue goals while representing the hotel with professionalism and exceptional service.
QualificationsCandidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, hotel sales, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership is desired, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily operations, support and develop team members, and maintain high standards of service and operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should be proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office products, and able to operate office equipment with speed and accuracy. Ability to obtain any required government or brand-specific permits, licenses, or certifications is required. This position requires a flexible schedule, including varied shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
