Facility Service Supervisor

We're currently seeking a Facility Service Supervisor for a nighttime position to oversee our janitorial management and team.

As the Facility Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our cleaning operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the quality of our services through regular checks, training new employees to maintain our high standards, and managing staffing to ensure all shifts are covered. When unexpected challenges arise, such as employee call-outs, you'll step in to ensure operations stay on track.

Additionally, you'll handle supply orders, communicate service-related issues, and act as a point of contact for both employees and management. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Is comfortable working a nighttime schedule.
• Can effectively communicate with employees and management.
• Is proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.

No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role and grow with us. Spanish speaking would be a plus.
