Overview
Fab Supervisor, Day Shift – Oversees CRV Wafer and Panel fab operations, ensuring strong performance across cost, inventory, and downstream delivery. Leads a team supporting daily manufacturing activities while driving coaching, development, and performance planning. Manages maintenance strategy, tooling uptime, spares, and improvement initiatives. Ensures accurate reporting, documentation, and adherence to operational performance metrics.
Responsibilities- Responsible for manufacturing activities for CRV Wafer and/or Panel fab operations.
- Ensure performance (inventory, cost, etc) and fulfil downstream requirements.
- Manage a team of non‑exempt contributors supporting moderately complex daily work activities.
- Hire, set and monitor annual performance plans, coach, and support career development.
- Provide tools and processes that enable team success.
- Deliver products and services that meet performance metrics defined by next level management.
- Structure maintenance program focusing on tooling uptime, obsolescence projects and spares management.
- Drive tooling improvement initiatives focused on maintenance.
- Prepare operation performance reports.
- Manage essential business‑critical process documents (e.g., SOPS, Statements of Work, Business Score Card/Dashboard).
- At least 4+ years in an Operations function.
- Experience in fab tool maintenance is an advantage.
- Degree in Engineering preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong people‑management skills, including managing teams within scope and beyond direct control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
- Developed leadership skills including team building, conflict resolution and management.
7AM–3:30PM, Monday–Friday shift. Requires work in a cleanroom.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $83,000 to $115,000 annually (United States). Benefits include:
