As a member of the Leadership Team , the Branch Manager provides the insights, ideas, and expert perspective needed to support our strategic direction and business plan objectives. You’ll lead a branch culture where employees feel motivated, empowered, and accountable—and where they truly understand they’re the key to our success.
Under the general direction of the Director of Retail , you’ll supervise, coach, and inspire the sales and referral team, while driving performance and creating an exceptional member experience.

- Represent CWCU at community events; build goodwill and strengthen local partnerships.
- Support and participate in credit union-sponsored community initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports and identify process improvements using tools consistently.
- Attend training and ensure compliance with internal/external policies; seek and accept feedback.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational goals and values.
