Benco is seeking a compassionate, capable
Residential Director
to lead residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In this director-level role, you will guide Program Coordinators, the Sub Manager, and Delegation Nurse while helping ensure residents receive safe, person-centered, high-quality support. Your leadership will strengthen teams, support resident rights and independence, and help create stable homes where people can thrive.

You bring:a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field; four years of supervisory experience; two years supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities; strong judgment, communication, and leadership skills; and the ability to participate in after-hours emergency response as needed.
