Palletize manufactured rubber by taking long strips from the production line and neatly weaving them onto pallets for shipment to customers;
Cross-weave rubber strips on pallets multiple times to create organized, stable, and transport-ready loads;
Assist with batching by pulling ingredients and compounds and weighing them according to work orders to create rubber mixtures;
Support the mixer operator by assisting with loading, monitoring, and unloading the mixer as needed;
Unload mixed rubber from the mixer so it can be cut into specified strip sizes according to production requirements
