Palletizing rubber by weaving long strips of manufactured rubber onto a pallet for shipment;
Cross-train in various roles, including batching, assisting the mixer, and unloading the mixer;
Batching involves pulling ingredients and compounds, weighing them according to work orders, and preparing them for mixing to create rubber;
Assist the mixer and unload the mixer for rubber to be cut into specified strips;
Work at stations individually while collaborating as part of a team to achieve daily goals
