Palletize rubber by weaving long strips of manufactured rubber onto a pallet for shipment;
Cross-train in various roles, including batching, assisting the mixer, and unloading the mixer;
Batch ingredients and prepare for mixing to create rubber;
Assist the mixer and unload the mixer for rubber to be cut into specified strips;
Work collaboratively with a team to achieve daily goals
