• BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred
• Several years of ED experience
• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Support the ED Nurse Manager in daily department operations
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient flow coordination
• Ensure high-quality, safe patient care and regulatory compliance
• Serve as clinical resource and mentor to ED staff
• Assist with performance evaluations and staff development
• Monitor quality metrics and lead improvement initiatives
• Address patient care issues and operational concerns
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
