• Provide high-quality outpatient pediatric care
• Practice at the top of your license using evidence-based medicine
• Manage patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions
• Care for children with complex comorbidities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver individualized treatment

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) or Physician Associate
• Unrestricted Oregon license (must be in place before start date)
• Active Oregon DEA license prior to start date
