The Primary Care teams at Samaritan Health Services offer complete health care for all family members from newborns to seniors through their pediatric, family medicine and internal medicine providers. They encourage and offer preventive care, including annual exams, health screenings and counseling regarding health and lifestyle.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS- Current unencumbered Oregon RN licensure required.
- Healthcare Provider BLS required.
- BSN preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with patients, coworkers and other practice customers.
- Ability to accurately observe, analyze and interpret general and technical data both verbal and written to accurately communicate this information.
- Communication and interpersonal relationship skills to initiate and maintain a collaborative care environment.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to manage high volumes of patients in a short span of time, while dealing with unpredictable issues.
- Personal flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment with frequent interruptions. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities while under pressure.
